Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort is a full service destination getaway. Satisfy your quest for adventure and soak in our clear hot spring pools. We are looking for hard-working, service oriented, men and women to allow our guests to relax and have a restful experience.
Basic Resort Information: The perfect getaway, with every amenity. Reinvigorate your body. Relax your mind. Reconnect with nature.
Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort is located at the base of Mt. Antero and Mt. Princeton along Chalk Creek. The heart of Mount Princeton is our geothermal springs. Guests lounge in our clear waters reaching 135 degrees, constructing cooling currents with smooth river rocks. Revered by the Ute Indians as a ceremonial bath, these springs also feed our pristine pools, complete with a water slide, averaging 95 degrees in temperature.
Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort is where you can do it all. Our resort experience for our guests is to enjoy the healing powers of nature, and indulge in pampering spa treatments. Unlimited outdoor recreation alternatives for every interest, in every season, at every level. Gourmet meals, choice lodging, and a welcoming staff await.
After work you can enjoy the mountainous country and get back to nature with hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and fishing. If you’re feeling adventurous white water rafting and four-wheeling is also close to the resort. On property we have basketball and tennis courts to be enjoyed by the sports fanatic.
Discount housing is available for our employees. There is common area with satellite television, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Wireless internet is available for a small fee. Food is not included. Soon to come are studio apartments available for couples and employees.

Compensation for hours worked, discounted housing, free swimming in the hot springs pools, and discounted white water rafting trips. All employees are paid every two weeks. The employees have an opportunity to work in every aspect of the resort when needed.
Because Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort is located in a rural area, a personal vehicle might be needed for recreational time.
