Join our Summer Staff in Estes Park

Holiday Inn Rocky Mountain Park is a private company, owned and operated by Forever Resorts in the northern mountain town of Estes Park. We are centrally located in Estes Park with a five-mile drive to panoramic Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are currently seeking friendly people to staff our restaurant, bar and hotel. Successful candidates will be people oriented team players and must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. All employees must have a neat appearance including neatly styled hair and clothing. All employees will be required to wear a company-approved uniform.

Recreation

On your days off you are a short distance from enjoying backpacking, hiking, climbing, biking, horseback riding, rafting, shopping and fishing. Spend the summer exploring Rocky Mountain National Park!

Room and Board

Limited housing is available on a first come first served basis at the rate of $6.00 per day. This is a payroll deduction. The employee housing is located adjacent to the hotel and has easy access to a laundromat, hair salons, dry cleaners and stores.

We offer one free employee meal with each shift.

Benefits

Most seasonal employees work 40 hours per week, with two days off in the work week. Everyone must be able to work holidays, evenings, and weekends. Normal work shifts average 8 hours per day. Paychecks are issued every other Friday.

Tips for Servers, Bartenders, and bussers. Bonus for those who complete their seasonal contract.

Transportation Info

Employees are responsible for their own transportation. Estes Park is a very remote town. We are 1 1/2 hours from Denver Internation Airport. A third party shuttle service is available from the airport, Denver Union Station, or any Bus depots.
