Welcome to Lake Crescent Lodge – located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest region of Washington State. The lodge sits right on the shores of Lake Crescent and is surrounded by the wilderness, close to the Pacific Ocean, and just a short boat ride across the Strait of Juan de Fuca to Victoria, Canada. We’re also only about 3 hours away from the famous Pikes Place Market and the waterfront of Seattle – and where Starbucks Coffee Co. was founded. So there is lot’s to do - hiking, backpacking, beach combing and sight seeing while you are here during your “working adventure”. We offer competitive pay, a 5 work-week for all of our staff with two days off in a row so you have a chance to explore this wonderful & pristine area. On-site housing is available to all staff with dorm style rooms. Bathrooms are shared between two rooms housing two people per room. We also have free laundry facilities, Satellite TV in our employee commons area and access to WI-FI in our main lobby. Plus you get 3 meals a day and great discounts in our gift stores and restaurant. Plus you get a FREE Olympic National Park Pass so you can enjoy the entire park!!

From Ancient Forests to the Wilderness Coastline and up and over the rugged Olympic Mountain Range, you’ll have endless opportunity to explore and visit some of the best of what Washington State has to offer.

There are numerous hiking trails suited for all difficulty levels, camp at one of the many campgrounds in the area, go backpacking in the wilderness and the mountains, see some of the largest and oldest old growth trees in the only Temperate Rain Forest in the Continental United States, bike up the Hurricane Ridge road, go kayaking in the lakes and rivers, explore the many Sea Stacks on the coastal beaches, hike to Point of Arches, see how many lighthouses you can discover, get your camera out for the many photographic opportunities, ferry across to Seattle and check out Pikes Place Market, take the boat across to Victoria, Canada, go whale-watching, check out the tidal pools and discover another world of sea life, soak in the thermal hot springs, visit the many museums, including the Makah Indian Museum (an entire village that was naturally unearthed in the 1970’s), learn about all of the local Northwest American Indian tribes, take a scenic flight over the local water passages of the Strait of Juan De Fuca and the Puget Sound, sight see and check out the other neighboring towns, attend the Lavender Festival in Sequim, plus so much more.

Close to “home” hike up to popular Marymere Falls, Mount Storm King or Barnes Creek trails, stroll along the Spruce Railroad Trail , swim at Pirates Cove, relax and read a good book next to the lake, shoot some hoops, play volleyball or just hang out with your new friends
