Crystal Mountain Hotels is hiring several Key Positions for our Family Style Hospitality where you can “feel the difference”. Crystal Mountain Hotels operates 3 hotels, the fabulous Alpine Inn Restaurant and legendary Snorting Elk Cellar/Deli.

Alpine Inn, Crystal Mountain Hotels

All of our properties are Slopeside at Crystal Mountain Resort and only 6 miles from Mt. Raininer National Park. We are surrounded by wilderness on all sides and offer a great summer adventure. We pride ourselves on friendly, helpful and professional service and work hard to help our guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

Recreation

Taking a hike One of the best things about working at Crystal Mountain is that there are limitless recreational opportunities right outside your doorstep. Hiking, Road Cycling, Mountain Biking, Wildlife Viewing, Disc Golf, Horseback Riding are the most popular activities and there is much much more. Many employees take a hike or play a round of Disc Golf before or after work and overnight backpacking trips are fun on a day off. Mt. Rainier National Parks is one of the “Crown Jewel’s” of the National Park system and offers old growth forests, wildflower meadows, alpine hikes and glacier mountaineering. Like to relax? Take a picnic and enjoy the surrounding peaks and wildflowers from one of the many meadows just a short walk from our properties.

Room and Board

Full time employees have the opportunity to live onsite in our employee dorms. Dorm rooms are usually shared with 1-3 other employees and typically have a shower/bath down the hall. All housing is within walking distance of work locations. Staff meals are provided 3 times a day. Room and board is $200/month and is automatically deducted from paychecks. Offsite housing is available but limited and employees must obtain housing on their own.

Benefits

Discounts on foodservice from our Alpine Inn Restaurant and Snorting Elk Cellar are available for employees. Paychecks are issued once per month and will include hourly wages plus tips and other bonus as applicable. Transportation to/from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport can be arranged.

Transportation Info

Crystal Mountain is located on the NE corner of Mt. Rainier National Park off of HWY 410-Chinook Pass Scenic Byway. We are 2 hours from Seattle, WA and 1.5 hours from Tacoma, WA. There are no major shuttle services or public transportation to Crystal Mountain. We work hard to assist our seasonal employees with transportation to/from the airport, bus or train station.
