We are a small, privately owned ground transportation company. That translates to a work atmosphere that is laid back, dynamic and open-minded to change and an exchange of ideas. Working for CME is FUN!
Get away from that desk job, or take a break before you head to the city to look for a “real job!” Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Aspen, Snowmass, Vail, and Beaver Creek, Colorado ski areas offer some of the finest skiing/boarding terrain in the world! Spend the winter working for a fun, small company in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains! You will have an opportunity to meet interesting and sometimes famous people from around the world and all lifestyles.

Do not worry if you do not know anyone when you come to town. Colorado Mountain Express (CME) sponsors beginning-of-season, holiday, and end-of-season parties allowing you a chance to meet your coworkers outside of the work environment.
Opportunity
The majority of CME’s managers began their careers as drivers, dispatchers, inside sales agents, or airport counter agents. Many learning opportunities are available and advancement upwards is possible.
Flexible Schedules
Do you want to come to Colorado to work or ski? Do you want to work nights, days, or weekends? Do you want to work full-time or part-time? Whatever your needs are we are confident we can accommodate them.
Our Season
We operate the winter season as well as having year round positions.
Welcome to the beautiful Colorado Rockies. There is so much to do here. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and more. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and shopping throughout.

Housing available for Summit County, Vail Valley and Roaring Fork Valley.
The availability of affordable housing in ski resort areas can be quite challenging. That is why CME offers access to accommodations designed expressly for seasonal employees. Individual bedrooms in shared apartments are available at affordable prices.
We offer a ski pass program and a generous bonus program. Our full-time drivers have the opportunity to earn upwards of $2,500 per month, and often times more.
