Since 1916, we have maintained a tradition of teaching boys with kindness and respect. Our campers learn, play and grow in an idyllic natural setting, under the guidance of experienced leaders, professional instructors, and inspiring role models.

We encourage staff members to explore nearby cities and surrounding areas on their time off. We are located three hours west of Boston, and three hours north of New York City. We are approximately one hour from Albany, NY and one hour from Hartford, CT. Additionally, there are many things to do in the Berkshire region itself, including theater, music, and museums. Six Flags, the Basketball Hall of Fame, and the Baseball Hall of Fame are all within easy driving distance.
We also have the following facilities and activities onsite, many of which are lit for night play: 15 tennis courts, 2 tennis hitting cages, 6 basketball courts, indoor basketball court, 6 baseball fields, 3 baseball hitting cages, 5 soccer fields, 2 football fields, a regulation size roller hockey rink, 5-acre golf complex, 6 golf driving cages, 2 volleyball courts, 3 pro waterski boats, sailboats and windsurfers, 2-sided climbing tower, high and low ropes courses, a zip line, mountain biking trails, 3 outpost camps, a well-equipped arts studio, an electronics workshop, an indoor/outdoor theater, and a social hall. Additionally, we have a large field house equipped with four indoor basketball courts, retractable baskets, Lexan walls, bathrooms, and even a conference room. Occupying 22,000 square feet, it is the largest recreational field house of any residential sports camp.
Room and board are included. Male counselors live in a bunk with children, and are responsible for their well-being throughout the summer. A typical bunk may have two counselors and six campers. Female staff live in separate housing. All staff eat their meals in our dining hall.
Room, board, and travel allowance are included. We offer a competitive salary, a beautiful outdoor work environment, and a great way to spend the summer!

Staff members are welcome to drive to camp. If you are unable to drive or are coming from quite a distance, you may fly, take a bus, or take a train. The nearest airports are in Boston, New York City, Albany, and Hartford. You can take a bus to nearby Lee, Massachusetts from any of these cities. The nearest train station is in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
