Join us in Colorado at the Bar NI Ranch

The Bar NI Ranch is a privately owned guest ranch that spans 36,000 acres in the south-central Colorado mountains. We're seeking applicants who can join us by May 1st and work through the summer.

We emphasize personal service for our guests. Flexibility is important for our employees. We have a small staff and we believe in having a good time together to get the job done. We want enthusiastic, service-minded individuals who strive to give guests a memorable vacation!

• Kitchen/Prep Cooks
• Wait Staff
• Housekeeping
• Maintenance
• Wranglers

Our guests and staff enjoy horseback riding, fishing, hiking, jeeping, and spectacular views. The wild life is abundant! A large family uses the ranch in July for reunions with guest numbers at that time of approximately 20-30 people per day.

During the rest of the season the guest numbers vary from 15 to 25 guests per day. Our busiest season is May through September.

The Ranch is remote and beautiful with the lodge located in the meadows at about 8200 ft elevation. The temperatures may drop into the low 40’s at night and into the 70’s and 80’s during the day. Occasional thundershowers in the afternoons are not uncommon.

We provide housing on site and all meals, plus laundry, wages and tips. We offer a season-completion bonus for those who qualify.
