Sleep and Eat

Aspen Skiing Company owns some apartments. In the winter, these apartments are restricted to full time Aspen Skiing Company employees. Priority is given to employees who work in Lift Operations, Children's Ski School (Daycare), Food and Beverage, Rental/Retail, Ticketing, The Little Nell, and The Snowmass Club. Employees in other departments may be considered for housing if there is a special business need and apartments are available. It is up to the division manager to make that decision and to offer housing to winter tenants.

Apartments are assigned by department managers to a property that are closest to the employee's job, if possible. However, it's not unusual for employees that work in Aspen to be assigned housing in Snowmass Village at Club Commons Apartments. Snowmass Village is a short commute to Aspen.
