Explore the last frontier in the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, the largest park in the U.S., at Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge. Take a flight seeing tour over the tallest peak in North America at Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. Experience the gold rush history of the Interior at Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge. Hike on the tundra of Denali National Park at Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Or reel in a trophy-sized fish out of the blue-hued waters of the Kenai River at Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge. Whatever adventure you desire, it’s ready for you in Alaska!

Our Jobs

Maintenance, Groundskeeper, Front Desk, Accounting, Security, Human Resources / Employee Services, Laundry Operations, Housekeeper, Gift Shop Staff, Dishwasher, Cooks, Server, and Luggage Crew

Sleep and Eat

Dormitory style employee housing is available at a reasonable cost at the following locations:

  • Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge
  • Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge
  • Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge
  • Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge

Room charges are based on double occupancy. Discount meal programs and laundry facilities are available on-site at most locations. RV sites are also available at several locations.

Though there is no on site housing available at Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge; much of the housing is within walking or biking distance from the Lodge. Many employees share rented apartments to help with costs.

Other Perks

Upon successful completion of the terms of the employment agreement, an attractive discounted travel program may be available including cruises with Princess.

 

Getting Here and Getting Around

Salmon swimming in AlaskaIf needed, air transportation arrangements to your point of hire may be arranged through Princess Tours. Princess offers a repayment program that will allow you to repay the cost of your ticket with your earned wages, once on site. Speak with your hiring manager for more information.

For Fun

During your leisure time, a multitude of outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, river rafting, horseback riding and more are easily accessible. Local sightseeing excursions are often offered at a discounted price to Princess Tours employees. Our Fairbanks location offers typical city amenities such as movie theaters, shopping centers, and other venues. Our other locations also offer weekly employee shuttle rides to their closest urban center, Fairbanks or Anchorage.
