Seasonal Jobs at the Philadelphia Zoo

The Philadelphia Zoo was the first in the United States and celebrated 150 years in 2009. The captive breeding program is among the best in the world and the zoo works with groups from around the world to protect the natural habitats of the animals in their care.

At 42 acres the zoo is home to more than 1,300 animals, many of them rare and endangered. The zoo features a children’s zoo, a balloon ride, a paddleboat lake, and many interactive and educational exhibits.
