Palmer Gulch has limited employee housing available for those who need it because they live too far away to commute. We have dormitory style housing with rooms shared by one or more roommates. There is a common living and kitchen area on each floor. Employees are responsible for preparing their own meals as we don't have planned meals. This allows you the flexibility to budget and prepare your own meals according to your schedule. The cost is a very minimal $30.00 per week which is deducted from the employee's paycheck. There is a $100.00 dorm deposit that is returned at the end of the season if the employee has met all the cleaning and damage responsibilities. Basic furniture is provide, but employees are responsible for their own bedding, linens, etc. There is cable TV provided along with telephones.

There are also campsites available for staff who have their own RV. The cost is $30.00 per week for one person and $10.00 for each additional person at the site. The campsites are full hookup with 50 amp, cable TV provided, and telephone hookup available through the local phone company.
