Remember, when hired at one of our locations, you are employed by the country's largest and most experienced operator of National and State Parks. We do our best to facilitate transfers for qualified employees who wish to live and work in another one of our unique and outstanding locations.

Flexible hours and shifts allow you to enjoy your beautiful surroundings. While none of the State Park Resorts offer employee housing, they are all located within minutes of communities that offer many housing options.

All eight State Park Resorts offer a wide array of activities, including, 18 hole golf courses, hiking trails, bike trails, fishing, boating, and indoor and outdoor pools.

Burr Oak Resort & Conference Center

A natural hideaway, Burr Oak is in the center of the scenic rugged hill country of southeastern Ohio, on the shores of beautiful Burr Oak Lake. Just 15 miles from Athens, home of Ohio University.

Hueston Woods Resort & Conference Center

Nestled among 3,600 acres of virgin beech and sugar maple trees, sits one of the largest A-frames in the country. This charming, rustic retreat is found just six miles from Oxford, home to Miami University, and one hour from both Cincinnati and Dayton.

Maumee Bay Resort & Conference Center

Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie, just 15 minutes from downtown Toledo, 20 minutes to University of Toledo, and 30 minutes from Bowling Green State University (BGSU).

Mohican Resort & Conference Center

You will work at one of the most beautifully designed resorts in Ohio, overlooking a deep blue lake. This full service Resort & Conference Center is located 20 minutes from Mansfield or Mt. Vernon, and within 90 minutes of Cleveland and Columbus.

Punderson Manor Resort & Conference Center

Punderson Manor House is located just 30 miles east of Cleveland, within driving distance to Kent State and Lake Erie College. Geauga Lake and Sea World of Ohio are just 15 minutes away. Punderson has one of the finest golf courses in the area, as well as a marina, hiking, snowmobile, and cross country skiing trails in the 900 acre park.

Salt Fork Resort & Conference Center

Beautiful Salt Fork State Park Resort and Conference Center is Ohio's largest State Park Resort encompassing nearly 20,000 acres. Salt Fork is located just 30 minutes from Cambridge.

Shawnee Resort & Conference Center

On the top of a rolling hill, high amongst the evergreens, sits Shawnee State Park Resort, surrounded by the hills and hollows of the 60,000-acre Shawnee Forest in the foothills of the Appalachians. Located just 15 minutes from Portsmouth and Shawnee State University.
