Join 40 or so like-minded people from around the world at Odiyan Retreat Center.  Live on 1,000 breathtakingly beautiful acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Northern CA.

Living at Odiyan includes:

• Housing - share a comfortable room with outdoor deck with one roommate.
• Vegetarian meals - share or learn cooking skills in the large community kitchen.
• Weekly classes/discussion groups-  study and reflection based on work as a catalyst for inner development and mindfulness. 
• Monthly living allowance - $120 per month.

Odiyan is a long-standing all-volunteer Retreat Center guided by Buddhist teachings.

Our community treats work as a practice in awareness, concentration, and energy: a kind of ‘meditation in action'.

Participation at Odiyan is a wholesome and active lifestyle engaging body, mind and spirit in a healthy setting of nature, wide open spaces, sacred beauty, fresh air, clean water, nutritious food.

No religious affiliation is required to live and work at Odiyan.  Please be strong, healthy and able to engage manual work on a daily basis.

The minimum age is 23 years old. We ask for a minimum six month commitment. Couples are welcome to apply. We cannot accept pets.
