Private fly-fishing community hiring 2013 seasonal staff

We hire a small staff each summer that works cooperatively to prepare and serve breakfast and dinner 6 days a week. Our community is a multi-generational, tight-knit group that is encouraging and welcoming.

Strong emphasis is placed on sourcing our food products locally/regionally. We encourage your creative skills at designing menus for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free folks as well as carnivores. We have a small garden that grows our herbs and salad greens.

We like the idea of staff sharing responsibilities but also recognize some people want to just prepare food and some want to work the dining room.

You should have food service experience, maybe even a formal culinary education.

We provide housing - private room and bath for $25/week 

Our season begins June 5 and ends approximately Sept. 10
