Seasonal Professional - Executive or Lead Chef

We are a funky, old waterfront restaurant with an excellent reputation.  We serve the freshest seafood, locally grown organic vegetables and fabulous burgers.  Our employees are local and cross trained in most areas.  Our business also includes kayak and boat rentals, fishing and shelling charters, a gift shop with islandy clothes featuring local artists and talent, locally made homemade ice cream. 

Spend a few months, or longer, on the water in Florida.  Hike the state park that makes up 2/3 of the island,  be part of an environment that is Old Florida--no cars, native flora and fauna.  This is a wonderful place.

We have lodging available for modest rent.  It is a two bedroom suite with bath in local community.  Ride a boat to work daily. 

We are looking for a very good chef who will comfortably join our outstanding team.  Pay rate is competitive.
