Our Jobs
Conservation Crew Leaders and Conservation Corps Members
Sleep and Eat
Participants are responsible for housing. We provide housing resources and often leaders/members live together and our regional staff often helps facilitate/network those connections.
A modest meal allowance is provided by NCC while members are on extended projects out of town.
Other Perks
Benefits include a bi-weekly living stipend, health insurance (only for year-round members), per diem for crew food, and upon completion of your term of service an education award to put toward existing student loans or future education.

Getting Here and Getting Around
Transportation is not provided to get to Nevada. Once you’re here and ready to work, the NCC does provides transportation to and from projects.
If you want to explore Nevada on your time off, we recommend you have a car. Depending on which town you'll be based out of, a bike would be handy.
For Fun
Nevada has unlimited recreation opportunities. You can access Great Basin National Park, Yosemite National Park, Valley of Fire State Park, Lake Mead National Recreation Areas, and much more. Nevada truly is not a wasteland. Join us and explore the West’s best kept secret!
