Forever/NPC Resorts, LLC  is authorized by contract with the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, to operate certain facilities for the public in designated areas. Our standards of service are high and are determined by the character and personality of our employees. Employees are expected to show an unfailing spirit of courtesy, hospitality and helpfulness toward all National Park visitors, as well as exhibiting a sense of responsibility for the Company's welfare. If an employee cannot perform his or her duties as assigned, or cannot work well with other employees or roommates, the Company reserves the right without obligation on its part, to discharge or change the position of such employee. The Company also reserves the right to discharge an employee should business conditions warrant.

Appearance: Fairly short, conventional hair length is required for males. Hair must be well groomed, and should not touch the collar of a normal, buttoned shirt. Only neatly trimmed  moustaches are allowed. Hair arrangements for females on duty must be kept well groomed and no longer than shoulder length. Food service employees may require a hair restraint.

Rules and Regulations: Employees must abide by all rules and regulations of the National Park Service and Forever/NPC Resorts, LLC. Employees must be prepared to live under supervision during both on-duty and off-duty time. Use of alcoholic beverages is strongly discouraged and possession and/or use of drugs is prohibited. Strict adherence to a standard of high moral conduct both on and off duty is required.

Medical Care:  The isolation of most areas creates great distances between the parks and professional medical care of hospitals. Emergency first aid is available in all areas.

Transportation: Forever/NPC Resorts, LLC cannot pay any portion of the cost of transportation to and from place of employment.

Training: All new and returning employees may be required to undergo a period of training and orientation.

Uniforms: Uniforms, when required, are furnished by the Company for seasonal employees. Jobs such as wait staff may require specific shoes that are not furnished.

Work Information: The normal work day is usually eight hours per day. The normal work week is usually five days / 40 hours per week, with the work week Friday - Thursday. Payroll is based on two-week periods. No overtime will be allowed or paid unless management so authorizes such prior to being accrued. Split shifts are possible, especially in food service positions. Management will assign days off each week ~ the exact days are subject to change as visitor needs may require.
