Moose Head Ranch
Summer Jobs at the Beautiful Moose Head Ranch
Moose Head is a family owned and operated ranch completely surrounded by Grand Teton National Park in picturesque Jackson Hole, Wyoming. A summer spent here will be a once in a lifetime experience. Our staff of 30 includes at least 20 college students, predominantly from the southeast.
“It has been a little over a month since I left the ranch and it still feels like it was yesterday. There is something about the ranch that gets in your heart and just seems to stay there. This summer was more than I ever could have expected it would be. I already know that the friends I made at Moosehead will be lifelong. I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the ranch. It is truly a special place, one that I know I will cherish forever.” Caroline
"I'm not sure if words can come close to describing how much this past summer has meant to me. I would like to thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for allowing me the opportunity to spend the best summer of my life at the beloved Moose Head Ranch." Mary Katherine K.
"Thank you for giving me the privilege of working at MH for two summers. They were some of the best times of my life. The people you select to be a part of your family's tradition are truly some of the greatest people in the world." Jay N.

Guest Services/Maintenance Couple: Need to be cheerful, outgoing, energetic, comfortable in social situations and self starters willing to work long hours and get along with both the guests and the predominately college aged staff. One person's primary focus is meeting and greeting the guests upon their arrival and taking them to the cabins, making them feel at home. Also responsible for touring prospective guests around the ranch, helping out at breakfast, working in the ranch store and answering the phone. Room and Board
Our crew is housed in cabins with most people sharing a room. Laundry facilities are also available to the staff. We also provide all linens. No pets or overnight guests are allowed.
We pay a base salary and share of tips according to days worked. There is no additional charge for room and board.
Getting Here and Getting Around
If you do not drive or carpool, we will meet you at the Jackson airport.
Because of our unique location in Grand Teton National Park, employees during their free time have access to numerous activities in both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park. Our staff has enjoyed riding, hiking, fishing, boating, complimentary raft trips, ping pong and softball games to name a few activities during their off hours. We have a "crew lounge" with satellite TV, DVD player and high speed internet. The town of Jackson is just 26 miles away. About half the crew brings a car and we try to have everyone off with a crew member that has a car, so that you can take advantage of all the opportunities that surround us.

Our season runs from approximately May 22nd to August 18th, and we do not accept applicants that can not stay until at least August 14th. If this combination of hard work, commitment and fun interests you, please email your resume to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
