McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Summer Maintenance Technician to join our team located in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, MI!

Position information:

As a Summer Maintenance Tech you will have the opportunity to join a world class team that has a passion to WOW our residents by providing top notch customer service. You will be able to work alongside our maintenance experts to gain more experience and knowledge in painting, grounds, plumbing, electrical, drywall and so much more! We are looking for someone to join our team from May-September and work 40 hours per week. This position pays $10 per hour and is eligible for a $1250 tuition assistance bonus at the end of the summer!

Position requirements:

  • Keeping apartment and community buildings and grounds in a clean and orderly condition
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing and electrical systems at a residential apartment community
