Bring your skills and energy to Camp!

Bryn Mawr is home to approximately 325 campers (ages seven to 15) and 175 staff. Our girls are full-season campers who attend a seven-week session. We believe that our philosophy of encouraging personal growth and responsibility helps our campers grow into confident, community-minded young women. Campers learn four core values—Loyalty, Beauty, Merit and Comradeship—that are the foundation of the Bryn Mawr philosophy.

Presently, we are seeking general counselors who are also able to teach a specific skill and live in cabins with campers. General counselors live in cabins with campers. Most bunks have 10 to 12 campers and two counselors. The two types of General counselors are Cabin Specialists and Program Specialists. Cabin Specialists spend the day traveling with their bunks to program areas while Program Specialists have expertise in a specific activity and work full-time in that program area. In some instances a Program Specialist may work part-time in a program area and spend the remainder of the day with her cabin. All staff are responsible for the physical and emotional well-being of their campers.

OPENINGS:

Counselors: Dance, Drama, Archery, Gymnastics, Boating, Swim Instruction, Lifeguards, Tennis, Photographers, Videographers, Cabin Specialists (must be a Senior in college or older)

Leadership: Cooking Director, Lake Director, and Group Leaders (College grad with camp experience to supervise ONE age group)
