The Kay El Bar Ranch is an authentic western dude
ranch in the foothills of Arizona’s Bradshaw Mountains .
Its beautiful adobe The ranch is small with 12 rooms and a maximum capacity of 24. That means that guests quickly know each other as well as all of the staff. We do everything we can to make each guest welcome and to meet their needs. As soon as they step on our ranch property, we want them to feel like part of our family. That spirit of family comes from the people who work
at the Kay El Bar. Each season when guests leave the ranch,
they know and remember the staff. Comments like, “You
have a wonderful place and the hospitality was warm and special. Please
give our hellos to the staff. They are great people
and we feel very lucky to have met them all.” By like token, our small size allows staff to know and interact with our guests who come from all over the world. Our team of twelve staff plus owners, John and Nancy Loftis, and General Manager, Michael Poole, create a hard working team that focuses on providing a high quality guest experience every day of the season from October 12 – May 1. Staff at the Kay El Bar eat the same wonderful home
cooking served to our guests. They live in ranch provided
housing at no cost and are able to participate in ranch activities
such as horseback riding. Wickenburg is an honest to goodness If you would like to be a part of the Kay El Bar family, are able to work hard with respect and consideration of others, willing to support our policies, flexible and open to suggestions and constructive criticism, please read on. |
