The Grande Denali Lodge is located just north of the enterance to Denali National Park. Perched atop a mountain, it overlooks the Denali Valley and offers guests an exceptional Alaska adventure while providing a fun and rewarding summer for staff.
The Denali Bluffs Hotel is nestled on the slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain and is just steps away from your Denali experience.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are excited about Alaska and Hospitality. We are excited to share all that the Denali Grande Lodge and the Denali Bluffs hotel has to offer.
Room and Board
Dormitory style employee housing is available to our Denali-based employees at a reasonable cost. Room charges are based on double occupancy. Discount meal programs and laundry facilities are available on-site for employees assigned to both the Grande Denali Lodge and the Denali Bluffs Hotel. Our meal plan includes 3 meals daily. RV sites are available in the area. Employee housing is within walking and biking distance of both properties.

Along with all the beautiful things Alaska has to offer, discounts with tour and adventure affiliates for activities and services such as rafting, kayaking, Park tours, food and gifts are also available.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Anchorage International and Fairbanks International airports provide easy access to Alaska and the Denali National Park. Once you arrive in either Anchorage or Fairbanks, Denali National Park and your work location are reached via highway by either “The Park Connection” motor coach, or by car. The drive is 4 hours north if originating in Anchorage, or 2 hours south if originating in Fairbanks. Denali can also be reached via the road system from the Continental US through Canada. Please check all border crossing requirements for entering Canada, as well as for returning back into the United States. Once at Denali, shuttle service is available between our hotels and the Park, and the Park “Gulch” shopping & eating area.

For your leisure hours, enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, river rafting, kayaking, wildlife viewing, horseback riding and more – all easily accessible. A variety of restaurants, bars, gift and craft shops are also available for leisure enjoyment.

Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older to live in housing. We will hire staff from ages 16-20, but they cannot live in company housing.
