Grand Teton Lodge Company is located in the heart of Grand Teton National Park. One of GTLC's sister properties, Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch (FRC) is located on the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway right between Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Both companies provide services to millions of guests each summer at our various locations.

Room and Board
Grand Teton Lodge Company and Flagg Ranch Company offer FREE dormitory-style housing accommodations to all employees employed seasonally. Employees share a room with one or more fellow employees. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the employee cafeteria, every day and is included within the cost of the "Employee Service Fee" (for more information on the Employee Service Fee, please refer to the "Employee Perks" section).
For those who have an RV; there are a limited number of employee RV spaces available for a minimal daily charge which covers water, electricity and sewage hook-ups. Pets are allowed in personal RVs, although not allowed in the dormitory accommodations.

- Wi-fi in the employee village (Flagg Ranch does not have wi-fi)

Getting Here and Getting Around
As the only commercial airport located in a National Park, Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is a "one of a kind" way to arrive to your new summer home. Grand Teton Lodge Company offers free employee pick-up from the JAC airport. As our shuttle system runs on a loop, it may be a little bit before our driver arrives to pick you up, but we encourage that you enjoy the fresh mountain air and gorgeous landscape while you wait.
Flying direct can at times cost extra, which we understand. We additionally offer shuttle pick-up from the bus stop in Jackson, WY for those employees who choose to travel by bus or take the Mountain Express Shuttle up from Salt Lake City (flying directly into SLC and taking the Express Shuttle is a great way to a save a few dollars).
If you prefer to "bring yourself," any able employee is welcome to bring his or her own vehicle. There is no additional cost for having a vehicle on property and there is plenty of parking space. Depending on where you are coming from, the drive can be lengthy and typically includes areas without cellphone reception. Please be safe, and plan accordingly.
Once on property, Grand Teton Lodge Company offers an employee shuttle which travels between our properties in the park and additionally down to the town of Jackson. All employees are able to utilize at no additional cost as this benefit is included in the cost of the Employee Service Fee.
In addition to various volunteer opportunities organized by our "Green Team," recreation opportunities are abundant in Grand Teton National Park and the surrounding Jackson Hole area, and available activities cover a range of interests!
Planned employee events include: parties, camping, hiking, movie nights, bingo, kayaking, park tours, raft trips, horseback rides, lake cruises, softball games and more!
