Grand Teton Lodge Company (GTLC) is located in the heart of one of the most spectacular National Parks in the United States - Grand Teton National Park and Flagg Ranch Company (FRC) is located on the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway right between Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Our companies provide services to millions of guests each summer at our various locations. Our guests and employees enjoy a variety of activities; from fine dining and golfing to guided fishing trips, hiking and horseback rides.

With five different locations to choose from a variety of job opportunities are available: Restaurants, Conventions, Activities, Banquets, Culinary, Housekeeping, Reservations, Front Desk, Retail, Marina, Wranglers and Engineering. These 1000+ seasonal positions are available from May to October. On occasion, we have year-round opportunities as well.
Our Jobs
Jackson Lake Lodge
Jackson Lake Lodge is perched on a bluff overlooking Willow Flats, Jackson Lake, and the Grand Teton Mountain Range. Jackson Lake Lodge is the largest of all the eco-friendly resorts and lodging with 385 guest rooms and cottages. As the “eco-center” of Grand Teton Lodge Company, it offers everything you can imagine-from over 17,000 square feet of meeting space to several restaurants, retail shops and activity options for everyone.
Colter Bay Village
Colter Bay Village offers a variety of lodging, such as our historic cabins, RV resort with 112 RV spaces, and a large campground. In addition to hiking trails, Colter Bay Village is a hub of outdoor recreation, including horseback riding, scenic lake cruises, guided fishing trips and a Marina on the shores of Jackson Lake.
Jenny Lake Lodge
Jenny Lake Lodge offers a retreat that sits tucked among pines at the base of the Teton Mountain Range. This four diamond, Triple-A luxury resort is complete with a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and a 5-course dinner with an award winning wine list. Since 1920, Jenny Lake Lodge has welcomed travelers and sent them home inspired.
Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club
Consistently named as Wyoming's top golf course, it is the only course to offer clear views of the Tetons. Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club includes a golf course, restaurant and fitness facility.
Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch Company
Headwaters Lodge features the Steakhouse restaurant, Polecat Creek Saloon, a diverse gift shop, and a full convenience store. Lodging is available at nearby guest cabins nestled in pines trees, and camp sites located just a short walk away from the Snake River.
Sleep and Eat
Depending on location, employees are housed in furnished dormitories or in cabins. Employees share a room with one or more fellow employees. There are a limited number of RV spaces available. Pets are not allowed in the dorms, but are allowed in personal RVs.

With our employee Recreation Manager planned events and outings include: parties, camping, hiking, movie nights, bingo, kayaking, park tours, raft trips, horseback rides, and lake cruises.
