Seasonal Entry Level - Locksmith, Summer Seasonal

This job is generally scheduled for 40 hours per week with two consecutive days off to enjoy the diverse environment of Grand Teton National Park.  The responsibilities of the locksmith include, but are not limited to, keeping all locks in good operating condition, keeping proper inventory of locks and keys, maintaining an easily referenced system of Master Keys, establishing a system for storage of keys transferable from season to season, logging all keys that are issued to seasonal staff, and other duties as assigned. Our operating season is typically from early May to mid October so plan on having lots fun and experiencing some rocky mountain snow.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior locksmith experience
  • Organizational Skills
  • Capable of handling moderately strenuous activity
  • Must possess a valid driver's license

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of MicroMain or other computerized maintenance program
  • Experience with Microsoft office and excel
  • Basic carpentry skills
