This position is perfect for an individual who loves living in a National Park (or remote location), is driven, is a multi-tasker, self-motivated and self-directed.   This individual must be detail oriented and enjoys interacting with internal and external guests.

The Human Resources Senior Assistant is the "face and voice" of the HR Department. Guest service is the number one priority.   This position is responsible for the smooth operation of the Human Resources front office, processing job offers, on-boarding, maintaining employee files, answering phones, sorts mail, works on projects including organizing Social Security Administration trip, performing internal I-9 audits, assisting with advertising and with the recruiting plan, etc. Maintaines adequate level of office supplies, and handles  minor employee relation issues.  Must have proficient computer and phone skills, be extremely organized, adept at multitasking and detail oriented.  Must know how to have FUN in the midst of it all.
