Seasonal Professional - First Cook

WE ARE NOW HIRING EMPLOYEE DINING COOKS & LINE COOKS FOR THE 2013 SUMMER SEASON!

On site Employee Meals & Lodging are provided for just $12 per day. Living arrangements include 3 meals a day, internet/wifi, employee laundry facilities, daily hiker shuttles and employee discounts.

EDR COOK: Employee Dining Cooks will prepare all staff meals. Daily averages range from 100 to 250 per meal period.

LINE COOKS: Line cooks work all stations on the line from sautee, broiler & grill to expo and prep as needed. Daily covers range from 300 to 1000 depending on location & guest visitation.

A background in high volume production, banquets & catering, commercial kitchens or employee cafeterias is required. A culinary degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
