Assistant Retail Managers are responsible for the overall efficiency and success of daily operations. Responsibilities include:

  • supervision of 8 to 10 staff
  • maintaining the highest standards of guest service
  • ensuring that all GPI/NPS policies and inspections are successfully completed 
  • succesful merchandising and in store promotions
  • ordering & inventory
  • ensuring dialy procedures and paperwork are maintained

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one to two years supervisory/management experience, preferrably in a seasonal retail work environment. Wages are $12 per hour and include free housing & meals.
