Yacht Based Hunting Outfitter

Glacier Guides Inc.  is a yatch based hunting and fishing outfitter in Southeast Alaska. 

We are looking for the right individual who is able to cook from a set menu. 

This is no vacation!

This job is 60 days straight April 13 - June 15 with option for additional 2 months in September and November on the MV Alaskan Grandeur which is a 78 ft yatch, with dorm-style shared crew quarters. 

Cooking for 10-15 people at a time. You will be preparing Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. 

Duties will include: General daily vessel cleaning, kitchen cleaning and upkeep in addition to cooking.  Kitchen is an open format and is a central focal point of the salon and gathering area, so tidiness in the kitchen is paramount, as is a very tidy appearance important for the chef.  You will need 3-5 chef coats as water is limited on board the vessel, limiting how often we do laundry to once every 7-10 days. 

Gratuities can be substantial, depending on your personality and presentation.  Presentation is important!

You will be part of a Crew of 4 .
