Living and Working at Flathead Lake Lodge
Job placement is determined by the abilities and past job experience of each applicant. Even though you may be hired for a specific job, you could find yourself helping out in different areas.
Ranch work involves long hours dealing with guests on a personal basis. It takes a special person to keep a positive attitude under difficult circumstances. We're looking for individuals that are outgoing, personable and willing to go the extra mile with a smile. Evening activities are set up for both guests and employees to enjoy socializing together.
All employees work a six day work week and receive a monthly salary plus tips. A nominal fee is deducted for room and board. Rooms are in a nice dorm setting with 2-4 per large room.
