Flathead Lake Lodge is a 2,000 acre, family-operated dude ranch located in the Rocky Mountains of northwest Montana, just 35 miles south of Glacier National Park.

The Averill family established the ranch in 1945, when it first began operating as a western hideaway for vacationers from all parts of the world. Today the ranch continues to operate the same way, offering guests an opportunity to experience a real western vacation and genuine hospitality in a setting of unmatched beauty.

Flathead Lake Lodge is unique in its location, directly on the shores of Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake, west of the Mississippi. The Ranch combines a western atmosphere and complete horse program, along with the added enjoyment of water sports, fishing and tennis.

Each year Flathead Lake Lodge hires between 40-50 individuals to work in various job positions. All positions available require good communication skills, an excellent work ethic, an outgoing personality and the physical stamina to work long hours. We work as a team to provide the best vacation experience for all our guests.
