Summer Jobs in Montana's Premier Fly Fishing Country
We are a small upscale fly fishing guest ranch located just sixteen miles from Yellowstone National Park. The Ranch is 640 private acres located on the shores of Hebgen Lake.
Server—Serve breakfast and dinner to guests in a relaxed fine dining setting. Responsibilities include bar tending, set up and break down of the dining room, cleaning and maintaining the lodge and some dish washing. Fine dining experience preferred. Must be flexible to pitch in where needed.
Head of Maintenance—Oversee Buildings and Grounds and transportation/boats. Experience managing people, scheduling and maintaining records and driving boats. Well rounded skill set with respect to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, vehicles, boats and landscaping/grounds. Must be flexible to pitch in where needed.
Sous Chef—Minimum of 5 years fine dining experience required. Need to me self-motivated, flexible, creative and responsible. You will be working with a small team oriented kitchen and will be asked to perform a variety of tasks. We serve approximately 20 guests and 20 staff daily. We expect high standards of cleanliness and the ability to interact with our guests as needed.
Prep Cook—Entry level position involving assisting the kitchen staff with the preparation of ingredients for breakfast, box lunches and dinners. Will be making box lunches, washing dishes, and doing a wide variety of kitchen work. Must be flexible and willing to learn and pitch in where needed.
Office Assistant—This jack of all trades position will be based in the ranch office. Looking for a detail oriented person willing to help in the office, small retail shop and box lunch program. This person will be trained in housekeeping and serving as well in order to fill in when required.
All our positions require exemplary customer service, love of the outdoors, ability to be flexible and job share.
Season runs from June 1st through September 30th. Staff must commit to working the entire season.

We are looking for responsible, well rounded people with a skill set appropriate to the different positions. Must have flexible, team oriented attitude and the ability to live in a communal and fairly remote environment. Should love the outdoors and take advantage of all the area offers. Work hard, Play hard.
Room and Board
Room & board is provided. Three meals a day and dormitory living. Most are single rooms.
Salary (DOE) plus room and board. The Ranch also offers fishing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming and horseback riding. There are plenty of opportunities to get away on your time off to enjoy the area. Yellowstone is our back yard!
Getting Here and Getting Around
We are 16 miles from the town of West Yellowstone on the south side of Hebgen Lake. You can fly to West Yellowstone, Bozeman or Idaho Falls, but to take full advantage of the area we recommend bringing your own vehicle.
If you love the outdoors, this is the place for you! Enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and canoeing from the Ranch. On your days off explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks or travel to Bozeman, MT or Jackson Hole, WY.
