Our Jobs

Ground Crew: Responsible for safely escorting and loading guests on/off aircraft, as well as greeting guests at the cruise ship pier and escorting them via motor coach to the Era heliport. Strong customer service skills.

Dispatch/Flight Follower: Responsible for knowing the location of all aircraft, number of passengers on board, fuel load, destination, and maintaining communication with aircraft.

Administrative Assistant: Responsible for accounting, administrative and operations related tasks including reports, log entries and time cards. Will also assist the Reservations Department by filling available seats on aircraft via phone and internet sales, managing product inventory and promoting our product through contact with vendors and agents.

Driver: Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests to and from the Era base, maintaining vehicle log, and fueling and maintenance of vehicles. Must pass DOT medical exam and have excellent driving record.

Assistant Ramp Lead: Shall oversee and be responsible for the Ground Crew and ramp activities at the facility. Ensure safety of passengers on ramp, maintenance and appearance of facility and ground support equipment. Will also be responsible for all equipment assigned to the base as well as refueling and fuel sampling, and all other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative: This position is a guest’s first point of contact with Era Helicopters so must have a clean and neat appearance, friendly and outgoing demeanor. Will meet and greet guests in a professional manner.  Prior tourism industry experience preferred.

Reservation Agent: Responsible for actively filling available seats on aircraft by handling phone and internet reservations, managing product inventory, and promoting our product through contact with sales vendors and agents.

Tour Manager:  Customer Service oriented position requiring a high degree of flexibility and understanding of tour operations. Attention to detail and the ability to tactfully work with others inside and outside the company are critical skills for this position. Duties include supervision of Customer Service Representatives, allocation of tour reservations, liaison with vendor sales managers, ability to manage high volume of email communications, and ability to adapt to reservation modifications. Exceptional Customer Service skills are a must.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT):  Accomplish all aircraft maintenance in accordance with policies, procedures, and specifications in the General Maintenance Manual and Federal Aviation Regulations. Perform reviews of aircraft and aircraft records each hitch reporting any discrepancies. Must possess a current FAA A&P License.
