Staffing Center helps you reduce the busy-work involved
in managing paper apps so you can focus on hiring the best people. The
applicants do your data entry for you by filling out your customized job
app online. These complete, detailed applications are managed by your
recruiters by logging in to the Staffing Center.
- Use the system to map out your locations, departments, jobs and date slots.
- Search, sift and sort according to name, location, job and availability.
- Check references, print and forward apps, track offers and hires and make notes and send emails directly from an applicant's file.
- Set up multiple recruiters with access to only the locations you wish.
- Export applicant data for use in other systems.
- Analyze crew strengths for location opening and closings and keep on top of holes in your coverage.
- Stay on top of your applicant pool to pick the best possible candidates.
How does it work and what does it look like?
Applications submitted via the web are available to you when you login to the Staffing Center. You are presented with a summary by Location, a search tool, a list of users and a list of alerts - built by you to call attention to date-sensitive events.
