Our mission is to help you spread the word about your jobs efficiently and cost effectively, as well as help people find their way into some great work and life experiences.
Cool Works helps job-seekers view your recruiting message via a set of links to your site from our menus. The handy Jobs by State drop down boxes are on every Cool Works page and are for those looking for work in a particular place/area. For those job seekers with a clearer idea of the "type" of work they want, we list the jobs by categories. Examples include: Jobs in National Parks, Jobs on Water, Amusement Park Jobs, Older and Bolder!, Ranch Jobs, Ski Jobs, Camp Jobs, Lodge & Resort Jobs.
We will also launch your recruiting message with a spot on our What's New menu for two weeks as well as an announcement in our weekly email newsletter which currently reaches 6,000 subscribers.
For more specific needs, job-seekers looking for year-round employment can view individual job postings by going to our Careers menu. For those looking for seasonal work which requires previous skills or education, the individual postings can be found on our Seasonal Professionals menu, and for those looking for a job RIGHT NOW, we have a Help Wanted Now! menu. You can post your own jobs on these menus, as well as check your traffic to your individual ads.
