Year-Round Entry Level - Field Mentor

We are seeking dedicated and passionate guides to facilitate quality outdoor experiences for youth.  We work with struggling adolescent boys who need positive mentors in their lives.  Elements uses an expedition and adventure model to facilitate healing and growth through experiential processes.  Field mentors work closely with the clinical team to foster an enviroment where our students can feel safe, be challenged, learn, and explore change.  Being a field mentor with Elements allows for a creative schedule (8 days on and 6 days off), as well as opportunities for a variety of pro-forms with top quality outdoor gear brands.  Utah provides an amazing backdrop to explore and refine a wide range of outdoor skills on your down time, such as:  hiking/backpacking, climbing, canyonnerring, ski/snowboarding, Rafting/kayaking, etc...  Come join the Elements team today!
