Waitress / Housekeeping / Kitchen Clean-up 
Simply because our primary work needs are in these areas, the majority of our first year staff are hired for this position which rotates between dining room work, kitchen clean-up and the cleaning of ranch accommodations.
Kitchen Prep
This position includes food preparation and assistance in meal set up and presentation.
Maintenance / Program Assistant
Responsibilities include landscaping, daily pool care, trashremoval, lawn care, maintenance and care of ranch vehicles, minor “fix-it” jobs andassistance with some ranch program activities.
Children’s Program Director & Assistant 
Responsible for planning, coordinating and carrying out children’s program activities, learning children’s names and providing acontrolled, fun atmosphere for our guests’ children (ages 4 to 11).
Teen Program Director & Assistant
Responsible for planning, coordinating and carrying out teen program activities, learning teens’ names and developing rapport with the guest teens.
Wrangler
Work at the corral not only involves guiding our guests as they ride,
but also giving clear, concise instructions, grooming horses, cleaning and caring for tack, raking corrals and hauling hay for the horses. Previous experience with horses is preferred. First aid and CPR are required for all of our wranglers. Wranglers must be at least 18 years old. Leadership and people skills are required as well as stamina for long days of hard work.
Office Assistant
Assists in guest check-ins, daily correspondence, preparing and publishing our daily guest newsletter, handling store transactions, answering guest questions, telephone communication, taking reservations and recording guest expenses. We’re looking for someone personable, sharp and who has Microsoft Word and Publisher skills.
