The starting salary for first year staff for summer
2008 is $150.00/week plus room and board plus $12.00/day guaranteed tips
June 1 to August 31. Tips
prior to June 1 and after August 31 are $11.00/day.
Depending on performance, additional tips will be divided and
disbursed at the end of the summer.
Although you are guaranteed the salary noted on this contract, we want to encourage you that it is possible to receive an increased salary or a summer’s end bonus depending on the quality of your work here at the ranch. The following criteria are used in evaluating our staff: *Punctuality *Care of Quarters *Attitude toward authority *Work appearance *Relationship with co-workers *Leadership skills *Quality of work *Friendliness with guests *Use of your talents We maintain a
strict NO ALCOHOL policy. We require full staff attendance
at our square dance, staff Western show and Sunday evening
hymn sing. We reserve the right to establish a curfew and restrict
dating. We expect you to
commit to the dates you contract for. Your signature attests
