A Security guards primary responsibility is doing property patrols on foot as well as in company vehicle.    Guards patrol employee housing area in addition to guest areas.  Must be a team player and possess the ability to work with law enforcement as well as management.  Work nights and evening shifts. Work independently and finish talks in a timely manor.  Lift 50 pounds.  Function effectively in crisis situations and emergencies.  Communicate effectively via the radio.  Intervene in employee & guest conflict resolution issues.  Project a professional image.  Must feel comfortable in policing those you live with and work with.  Perform other duties as assigned.  Must be over 21, trainable, responsive, honest, have excellent communication skills, clean driving record.  Must have current drivers license.
