World-renowned fly fishing lodge in Alaska is seeking hard working, energetic candidates to fill position as a cook. Daily duties include cooking breakfast and dinner for 40 people, making soups, appetizers, and baking bread. Maintaining cleanliness of self and kitchen, managing inventory, following directions, etc. Candidates must be great with people, self-motivated, creative, flexible and highly responsible. Professional culinary experience is helpful but not necessary. Positive attitude and ability to enjoy life in the middle of nowhere is a must! Our season runs from early June through mid September. This is a great opportunity to have a fun summer while getting paid to work in paradise. Compensation includes room and board, monthly salary, and gratuities.
