"According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), organizations worldwide will have the opportunity to apply for the new ".jobs" domain, giving companies a more direct and efficient means of recruiting new employees. The new ".jobs" is expected to become the latest standard for recruiting. Applications for the top-level domains (TLD) are currently being accepted by SHRM and companies will be able to start using this by August. Organizations applying for their own ".jobs" site must complete an online application and register under the company's legal or commonly known business name.
