Recruiting Winter Staff from Summer Employers

It's that time of year. We KNOW that some of you ski resorts buddy-up with a summer employer or two to swap seasonal employees back and forth. Tis the season to facilitate such things. It can be a win-win-win for employers and the employee.

The folks in Yellowstone and the Tetons typically invite some winter employers to visit with their summer staff. Derek, with Aramark in Alaska, has asked us to extend an invitation to winter employers to make a pitch to his summer staff at Glacier Bay and Denali:

We will then share the list only with those who reply to avoid spamming all of you with such requests. Years ago we maintained a password-protected directory of seasonal employers who wished to network and cross-recruit. If the interest was there we would be willing to pursue that again.
