Labor Board Overrules Temp-Worker Ruling

"The National Labor Relations Board has ruled 3-2 that a temporary employee has no right to join a union with permanent employees of the employer to which he or she is assigned unless the temporary worker's agency and the agency's client consent to the bargaining arrangement."
