The Lodges of the Northern Big Horn Mountains are nestled in the heart of Bighorn National Forest at over 8,000 feet in altitude. Breathtaking views, abundant wildlife, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets are just a glimpse of all the majestic Northern Big Horns have to offer.
An outdoor recreation favorite destination, our busy, year-round lodges include Bear Lodge Resort, Elk View Inn, and Arrowhead Lodge. Conveniently located within a few miles of each other, each location has something unique to offer.

Whether you are looking for an amazing place to work for the summer, or are looking for long term year-round employment, we currently have several positions available. All positions require a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic. We are looking for organized and self-motivated team players who get along well with others, are strong multi-taskers, love the outdoors, and are committed to maintaining the highest levels of service and exceeding our guests' expectations.
Room and Board
Employee housing is included and varies from single rooms to cabins and RV sites. All housing is non-smoking, furnished, and includes satellite TV and wireless internet access (Satellite access with some limitations due to bandwidth). Laundry facilities available free of charge. Three employee meals per day are also included with the room and board package. A refundable housing deposit of $100 is required. $50 refundable RV deposit required. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Getting Here and Getting Around
We are located about an hour's drive from Sheridan Co. Airport in Sheridan, Wyoming - #1 Western Town in U.S., Greybull & Lovell, WY, and I-90 (Exit #9 Ranchester/Dayton). Two hours from Billings, Montana. Less than four hours from the Black Hills and Yellowstone. Airport shuttle service is available.
The Northern Big Horn Mountains' remote setting offers the perfect opportunity to explore and experience one of the most beautiful areas in the world. Hiking, 4-wheeling, mountain biking, blue ribbon trout fishing, animal and bird watching, stargazing, camping, photography, horseback riding (nearby), snowmobiling, x-country skiing, snowkiting, snowshoeing...the Northern Big Horns have it all!
In your free time this summer, visit Shell Falls or Medicine Wheel, hike to Bucking Mule Falls, spend the day blue ribbon trout fishing or 4-wheeling, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Also a photographer's paradise...from majestic mountain views to moose swimming and elk grazing, to wildflowers blooming, opportunities abound.
