The Boat Club Restaurant - Dining Room, Lounge and Tiki Bar: Our restaurant employees are responsible for serving our guests three meals a day in the Main Lodge. Employees must be friendly, positive, and provide a high level of service to our guests.

Banquets: Often hand-in-hand with our dining room, our banquet staff serves for special events such as weddings and corporate retreats.

Kitchen Staff: Looking for motivated, professional and experienced culinary team members who take pride in their work. Candidates must have a strong desire to produce the highest quality of food and the skills to do so. We have openings for breakfast line cooks, lunch cooks, bar cooks, banquet cooks and fine dining cooks.

Guest Services - Lodge Front Desk, Valet and Concierge: The front desk staff is responsible for overseeing the front desk office and will attend to all guest inquiries and needs as well as perform daily office duties. Knowledge of the area is useful but not required. We are looking for friendly but professional staff members who can multi-task and work well in a high energy position. Excellent English required. Our friendly Valet Staff members are responsible for parking our guests’ vehicles as well as assisting with their luggage and driving shuttles. Valid driver's license required and must be comfortable driving many vehicles including a manual transmission. This is the first face a guest sees when arriving to the resort so a friendly smile and good people skills are what we look for. Concierge is responsible for assisting guests in booking special outings such as horseback riding, rafting tours etc. as well as fulfilling special requests while the guest is in-house such as staging a romantic presentation of flower petals or delivering packages. Knowledge of the Flathead Valley is required.

Housekeepers: Responsible for daily cleaning of guest rooms and other areas of the Lodge. The housekeepers are an important part of our team at the Lodge.

Maintenance: Will assist guests with requests as well as keep our entire property well cared for and in good working order. Limited driving may be required so a valid driver’s license is preferred.  

Spa at Whitefish Lake: Licensed professionals can enjoy a peaceful environment while performing services such as massage, facials and nail services. Front desk positions also available for those without a license that would book appointments, greet clients and help clients prep for their services.
