Seasonal Professional - Food and Beverage Manager

     Arkansas Valley Adventure is a seeking a professional applicant with previous commercial kitchen management experience.  Do you have previous experience and the desire to live and work in an outdoor recreation mecca?  AVA is a regional multi-sport outdoor recreation company that caters food for half, full, and multiday trips in the Arkansas River Valley in the beautiful Central Rocky Mountains of Colorado.  The job requitements include ordering and working with food distributors, receiving deliveries, prepping and packing food for scheduled trips, maintaining kitchen space, and managing a small staff of employees.  On site housing is available for the duration of the season with endless possibilities for personal outdoor recreation right out your front door! This position requires a seasonal commitment from May 1st-September 8th, with a 7% bonus on gross earnings for fullfilling this commitment and potential for an additional 5% performance based bonus.  Compensation runs from $10-$14/ hour depending on experience.  Come work with a fast-paced team in a community oriented environment!.
