Mid-May to Mid-October seasonal position
The Breakfast and Prep Cook is responsible for cooking, prepping, cleaning, and servicing the daily operations of the restaurant’s kitchen. In addition, Cooks will appropriately collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized, stocked, and efficient, ensuring optimized customer satisfaction with dining experiences. Cooks may be asked to perform other back of house duties as needed.
Applicants must: have commitment to quality, experience with cooking and preparing breakfast, attention to detail, posses interpersonal skills, manage time effectively, and be mature.
